This Notice explains how Excel Infosystem handles information submitted through its Service Complaint Portal.

Information we collect
- Name, registered mobile, service address, city, PIN and optional email.
- Product, model, serial, invoice, purchase/installation and complaint details.
- Uploaded photos or PDFs, engineer assignment, service updates, resolution, limited WhatsApp delivery evidence and security logs.
Use and sharing
We use information to register, investigate, assign, manage and resolve complaints; send transactional registration/tracking, assignment, status/service and resolution updates; maintain service history; prevent fraud; secure the portal; and meet applicable requirements. It may be shared as needed with authorized staff, the assigned engineer, Hostinger, Meta for WhatsApp delivery, and legally required advisers or authorities. Email is optional. Complaint submission is not marketing consent.
Security and retention
We use reasonable access and security safeguards but cannot guarantee complete security. Core complaint/service history is currently kept long-term. The proposed 3-year attachment period and proposed 90-day periods for unnecessary WhatsApp technical data and ordinary logs remain subject to legal review and approval before automation; they are not stated as statutory periods.
Your requests
After reasonable verification you may request information, correction, eligible erasure or raise a grievance. Data may remain for active service, warranty, disputes, security, legal holds or other lawful needs.
Children and other persons
The portal is not directed to children. Anyone submitting for another person should be authorized and provide only necessary information.
